DualMind is operated by DualMind Ventures.
What we collect
Your Apple ID email address and name, provided when you sign in with Apple. You may choose to hide your email — we accept Apple's anonymised relay address.
Usage data: the number of sessions you run, AI models used, and approximate token counts, tied to your account for billing and tier enforcement.
What we do not collect
The content of your questions or the AI responses generated in your sessions is processed in memory and never stored beyond your session history in your own account.
We do not track you across other apps or websites. We do not sell your data.
How we use your data
- –To authenticate you and maintain your subscription tier.
- –To enforce your monthly session and compute limits.
- –To restore your session history when you sign in on a new device.
Third-party services
Apple Sign In — authentication only; governed by Apple's privacy policy.
OpenAI and Anthropic — your prompts are sent to these providers to generate responses. Both operate under their own privacy policies and do not use your data to train models by default (see their current policies for details).
Data retention
Your account and session history are retained while your account is active. You may request deletion by emailing support at dualmindventures.com/dmsupport.
