By downloading or using DualMind you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
DualMind routes your questions through multiple AI agents (OpenAI GPT and Anthropic Claude) and synthesises the responses. The output is for informational and productivity purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
Your account
You must sign in with Apple to use the app. You are responsible for keeping your Apple ID secure. You may not share your account.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are auto-renewable and managed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Billing, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple and governed by Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. We do not process payment information directly.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use DualMind to generate illegal content, harassment, spam, or content that violates the terms of OpenAI or Anthropic. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
DualMind is provided "as is". DualMind Ventures is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated output. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
